An Integrative Approach: Experiential Therapy Tailored to Your Healing Journey

I know that every person who comes into my office brings their own experiences, stories, and wounds. Oftentimes when people find me and my work, I am not the first therapist they’ve come to. With that in mind, I have invested my resources into training in several approaches and have honed the art of weaving these approaches together to create an entirely unique plan for the person who comes to my office. This is what I mean when I speak of an integrative approach - treatment tailored to your needs that is built for your healing.

Benefits of Integration

  • Holistic Healing: Integration recognizes that you are a whole person - you are more than your symptoms. While our work together may include a diagnosis and targeted treatment, I also want to hear your story and how it has led you to where you find yourself.

  • Comprehensive Trauma Approach: EMDR, IFS, and ACT all have ways of healing that come at your trauma from different angles. By combining these tools, we reap the benefits of all of them without having to choose.

  • Enhanced Self-Awareness: By not limiting us to one tool, integration improves your ability to get to know yourself in a new and deep way, and offers many paths to healing.

  • Sustainable Change: Integrating these therapies helps us address the roots of the pain you’re experiencing while also providing practical tools to help you in real time.

The therapies I have spent the most time investing in include EMDR, IFS, ACT, IFIO, & I-CBT. You can read more about these types of therapy here on my website, or by following links to more in depth descriptions. I am happy to answer any questions during our free consultation - I can’t wait to meet you and get started on our work together!
